In a small bowl, combine the avocado oil, poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Rub this mixture generously all over the chicken.
Place the fresh thyme and oregano sprigs inside the chicken cavity.
Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.
Carefully place the seasoned chicken breast-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 30 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes.
