Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 lb ribeye steaks (cut into 1-2 inch tips)
  • 1 packet Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
  • 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife and Cutting Board
  • Tongs

Method

Instructions
  1. Start by trimming any excess fat from the ribeye steaks and cut them into bite-sized tips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the steak tips with the packet of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the steak is marinating, clean and slice the fresh mushrooms. Set aside.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Add the marinated steak tips to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. After 5 minutes, add the sliced mushrooms to the air fryer.
  7. Continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until done to your liking.
  8. Remove the steak tips and mushrooms, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Fresh steak yields better results than frozen.
