- Start by trimming any excess fat from the ribeye steaks and cut them into bite-sized tips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the steak tips with the packet of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the steak is marinating, clean and slice the fresh mushrooms. Set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the marinated steak tips to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for about 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- After 5 minutes, add the sliced mushrooms to the air fryer.
- Continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until done to your liking.
- Remove the steak tips and mushrooms, let them rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
