  • 4 teaspoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste, freshly ground

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by rinsing the salmon fillets under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  2. Drizzle 4 teaspoons of olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  5. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, checking for doneness at 145°F (63°C).
  6. Once cooked, let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Choose wild-caught salmon for better flavor.
  • Feel free to adjust seasoning to your taste; honey adds a nice touch!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
