Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 3 cloves garlic minced finely
  • 3 teaspoons fresh parsley finely chopped, divided
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of the chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese if you're using it. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take your baguette and slice it into 1-inch thick pieces.
  3. Using a butter knife, generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of baguette.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange the slices of baguette in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook the garlic bread in the air fryer for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once cooked, remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of chopped parsley on top. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat baguette.
  • Store leftover garlic bread in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Make the garlic butter ahead of time and refrigerate.
