Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Take your frozen chicken wings out of the package. If they are stuck together, gently separate them under cold running water.
Place the wings in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle your favorite low-sodium chicken rub over the top and add freshly ground black pepper to taste. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check that the internal temperature of the wings has reached at least 165°F (75°C). If not, continue cooking until done.
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
