Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup yellow onion diced
  • 1.5 Tbsp garlic cloves minced
  • 5 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, diced yellow onion, and minced garlic. Toss together and add to the air fryer basket. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add curry powder, ginger powder, and salt to the sautéed mixture. Stir well and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Step 4: Toss in the diced chicken breasts and mix until well coated.
  5. Step 5: Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Mix in the cornstarch-water mixture and heavy cream. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy!
