- Step 1: Prepare the Tart Shells - Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the phyllo tart shell packaging. Bake the tart shells for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Step 2: Make the Pudding Filling - In a mixing bowl, combine the pudding mix with nonfat milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Step 3: Fill the Tart Shells - Once cooled, fill each shell with the pudding mixture, leaving room for toppings.
- Step 4: Add Toppings - Top each filled shell with fresh fruit and/or fat-free whipped topping.
- Step 5: Chill and Serve - Chill the filled tart shells in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
