  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil unrefined and melted

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Your Muffin Tin - Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with coconut oil.
  2. Step 2: Mash the Banana - In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Combine the Ingredients - Add peanut butter and melted coconut oil to the mashed banana. Stir until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Fill the Muffin Tin - Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
  5. Step 5: Freeze - Place the muffin tin in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel off the liners. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
