The ultimate crudités platter with a healthy Greek yogurt Ranch! You cannot even taste the difference!
I have been home for one week from my Italy trip.
And it’s never been so good to not only sleep in my own bed, be completely covered in Sam and Butters’ fur but to finally eat some veggies!
I know. Strange.
That I would be so happy to eat…vegetables.
My 10 year old self would never believe the words coming out of my mouth right now.
But after all that pasta, pizza, and Parmesan cheese overload last week, I say bring on all the veggies.
The carrots, the broccoli, the green beans, all of it.
I will take it.
With blocks of cheese, of course.
And a Greek yogurt Ranch so no one has to feel any kind of guilt.

Instructions
1. To make the Greek yogurt Ranch, whisk together sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, basil, dill, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour.
2. Arrange carrots, broccoli, green beans, cucumber, radishes, tomatoes, almonds, cheeses and Greek yogurt Ranch on platter or wooden cheese board. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
