Everyone’s favorite wrap made right in the slow cooker! The chicken is so tender, juicy and melt-in-your-mouth amazing!
The Christmas tree is done. Well, kind of. I still have a few ornaments coming but the end of the day your tree is NEVER done.
But while I figure out how much more I can add, let’s talk about this wrap. The classic All-American caesar wrap.
Except you can make it right in your crockpot. Just set it, forget it, and boom. You’ll have wraps for days – for lunches, snacks, dinners, picnics, potlucks. You name it.
But remember, we always need extra extra croutons.

Instructions
1. Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. Stir in 1 1/2 cups Caesar dressing, chicken broth, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred, using two forks, before returning to the pot; drain excess liquid.
3. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley. Cover and cook on high heat for 15-30 minutes, or until hot.
4. Leaving a 1-inch border all around, layer each tortilla with chicken mixture, romaine lettuce, croutons and remaining Parmesan. Fold in sides by about 1 inch, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
5. Serve immediately.
