Ever since I was a kid, I was obsessed with anything involving mocha. I was so obsessed with it that my yearly birthday cake was a mocha cake with the most amazing mocha buttercream. But now that I’m all grown up, I get to enjoy mocha in another fun way, a way that doesn’t involve too many carbs, like in a boozy milkshake.
With a wonderful balance of coffee-chocolatey goodness with a healthy dose of Kahlúa Mocha rum & coffee liqueur, this boozy milkshake is the perfect nightcap, or midnight snack if you’re like me!

1. Combine coffee ice cream, coffee, Kahlúa Mocha, milk and cocoa powder in blender until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve, garnished with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
