Prep for the week ahead! Perfect to refuel and snack with cheese, crackers, apples, cranberries and almonds!
I’ll admit.
I have bought these bistro boxes at Starbucks on many occasions.
When I’ve been desperate for something light. Something indulgent. But nothing too crazy.
Particularly when I’m at the airport. When option one is Shake Shack. Option two is Panda Express. And option three is this.
So I’ll typically go with option three.
With Brie, Gouda, cheddar, nine-grain crackers, Granny Smith apple slices, dried cranberries and almonds.
It looks like a small box. But don’t be fooled. It’ll keep you full and satisfied for hours.
Except now.
Well. Now I have learned my lesson.
I go to the airport fully stocked. I never leave home without my passport and this bistro box.
Plus. The homemade bistro box costs $2.50 per serving.
So now you have $3-4 to spend on a celebrity gossip magazine for the flight.
See? I have all bases covered here.
